Apple Cinnamon Pancakes on the Run

Here is a good recipe for when you have to eat on the run.

Apple-Cinamon Protein Oatmeal Pancakes
Mix the following Ingredients in a bowl until it makes a pancake batter;
3/4cup Oatmeal
1 whole egg
3-4 egg whtes
1scoop Vanilla Praline Protein Powder
1/2 chopped apple
dash of cinnamon
2 packets splenda/stevia/agave(optional)

Pour the mixure into a fry pan and cook on medium until one side is lightly browned. Flip over util the other side is done. eat hot or wrap it in a foil and take on the run.
