Pina Colada REMIX


This nutritious shake makes for a healthy breakfast or snack. Use frozen fruit for an even thicker drink. or you can just add ice to it to make it frothier.

1 scoop of Shakeology Greenberry
Yoplait Pina Colada or cocnut cream pie yogurt( or nonfat vanilla yogurt and 1/2tsp coconut extract)
.5 banana
.5cup pinneapples
.5cup Orange Juice or Pinneapple Juice

Add ice as needed for a nice smoothie
Blend All ingredients yummo
