This book is awesome. I love the recipes and it shows you that if you do decide to go vegan you can add so
much flavor to your meals. It has recipes such as Blackeye pea fritters, jamacian patties, Quiona Cornbread, Agave Orange Tea etc.
The author is an eco-chef, food justice activist and writer. In this cookbook, Terry revisits his Southern roots and offers innovative, animal-free recipes mostly inspired by African American and Southern cooking.
