I love it when I hear people complain about one thing or another especially when it is about not reaching their physical fitness goals. Then in the next sentence they talk about how horrible they've been eating and their obvious lack of motivation to achieve the goals to begin with! I just love it!
If you're really motivated and really want to achieve a goal, just shut up and do what it takes to reach the goal! It really is that simple. From the physical fitness perspective, you have to:
· Eat properly (and don't tell me you don't know how to eat)
· Exercise in a way that allows you reach your goal
· Rest so you're muscles can recover and grow back stronger
This is very high level stuff and you have to do this day in and day out if you want to reach your goal. If you don't want it bad enough... first and foremost...don't waste my time. Secondly, don't waste your time. Thirdly, don't waste the valuable time you have left in this life complaining to others about it.
So, if you:
1. Have a goal
2. Have thought really hard why you want to reach that goal
3. Are willing to sacrifice some of your time and energy
4. And there is a deep burning desire to make your goals become reality
...then just shut up and do it!
