Carrot Juice Recipe
Carrot or carrot ginger juice
1cup almond milk
2cups frozen banana
nutmeg
cinnamon
1. Make your own juice or you can buy it. To make it Grate skin off and wash carrots (1 thumb of ginger optional)
2. Place in blender with 4cups of water or place in your juicer
3. If you used a blender. Strain juice in a cloth,stocking or strainer into a pitcher
4. Place 1 cup of the carrot juice, 1 cup of vanilla almond milk, 2cups frozen banana, nutmeg, cinnamon in blender
5. Serve over crushed iced
