This challenge is a fun way to stay motivated and possibly win some additional cash. What do you have to lose?
Here are the rules:
• October 1-Dec 31,2010
• Pictures submitted on Facebook group “Operation Sexier New You” by Oct 1.
• $20.00 to get in with before photo and scale video/photo by October 1,2010
• Submit video/photo of you on the scale every week video perfered. $1.00 per pound gained due each Friday
• If you drop out the challenge money will not be refunded so lets stay focused
• Week of Dec 31 submit final photo and final scale picture/video
• Week of Jan 1 winners will be announced.
• Before photo must be as of Oct 1 and after photo on Dec 31
Support you will receive
• 30min Power Call every Monday starting September 27 at 830pm EST. We will try and get various people on the call to educate and encourage us.
• Online transformation journal to log your weight, goals, photos etc
• Online facebook group exclusive for the people in this group so we can get to know each other personally
• Request a buddy from the group for daily accountability.
What will I win-A Sexier New You?
• Winner is the person who loss the most weight and will win the pot of money
• 2 and 3rd Runner up will get a “Sweating is Sexy T-shirt”
