4lb Chicken Drums and Thighs
2TBsp Montreal Chicken Seasoning
1/2 cup apricot preserves
1Tbsp Lemon juice
1Tbsp Chilli Powder
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning and let sit 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix salsa, perserves,lemon juice and chilli powder in small bowl and set aside.
- Grill chicken 3 minutes. Turn and cook 3 minutes on second side.
- Brush with salsa mixture and turn. Brush second side with salsa. Cook approximately 2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning. Turn and contnue cooking until instant-read therometer registers 165 at thickest point, turning again if necessary.
