ATTENTION ALL LADIES!

Mothers, Singles and Married alike. Its 1 month till summers over, 4 months to ring in the new year, 2 weeks to your birthday and
5 days to your anniversary...So lets just do this already!

I invite you to the "DO IT CAUSE TONY SAYS SO Challenge". It is a 30day challenge to shake the hold that food, cravings and sugar have over us. This is CHALLENGE LADIES, it wont be easy but it CAN be done? We may whine, whipper and battle but the RESULTS will be worth it. I am worth it, I know you are worth it..So what do you think....!


How Do I Participate?

1. Join the Group "Tapping Into Your InnerAthlete" on Facebook

2. Copy the following Commitment statement to the Wall before 8/24/2009
I, [WRITE YOUR OWN NAME] HEREBY DECLARE THAT I WILL FOLLOW THE TONY HORTON FOOD PLAN FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS.

3. Each week starting 8/24/09, You will report on the "DO IT CAUSE TONY SAYS SO" THREAD. For example, "Yesterday, I ate no red meat.... and pressed play."

4. Print the rules and post them somewhere you can see them!


What are the rules:

The Challenge will be from 8/24-9/24/009

Here is the food plan for the 30days from Personal Trainer Tony Horton:

I'M GONNA GIVE YOU KIDS THE HARD CORE VERSION NOT MODIFIED VERSIONS OF THE FOOD PLAN.
OK, PICK UP YOUR PENCILS AGAIN.

FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS I WILL NOT EAT WHITE BREAD OR ANYTHING MADE WITH ENRICHED FLOUR OR PROCESSED FLOUR.
NO SNICKERS BARS.

I WILL GREATLY REDUCE MY DAIRY INTAKE.
AND FOR SOME OF YOU NO MORE DAIRY! Try Almond Milk.

NO MORE CARBONATED BEVERAGES.
NONE!

WATER AND TEA ONLY!
IF YOU'RE A COFFEE PSYCHO, 1 CUP A DAY.

AT LEAST 2 OF YOUR MEALS A DAY THERE'D BETTER BE VEGETABLES ON YOUR PLATE.
1 MEAL A DAY, THERE'D BETTER BE FRUIT.

BONUS: Workout 6 days a week will automatically give you a point for that week.!

How can I win the Prize?

I will record the partcipants for the previous week on Monday evening.

The participants who have a point for each week will be entered into the hat to win A Tony Horton One On One Training

I will annouce the winner and award the prize the week of 9/24/09
